A great new role for an After Sales Administrator has come in for a multinational equipment manufacturer and service company based in Biggleswade, to provide admin support and maintain an excellent service to both internal and external customers.

**What will the right person look like?**

**What will you be doing?**
- Accurately maintain records of the rental fleet, produce rental documentation and ensure timely invoicing of rentals.
- Effectively manage the administrative processes to include but not limited to: transport and logistics, hire agreements, payments, third party orders, travel bookings, sales team requests, meetings and marketing.
- Construct effective correspondence for both customers and suppliers.
- Work as a member of the team assisting and supporting department colleagues as well as other departments if required.
- Work with the customer in mind and contribute towards ideas and initiatives that will help improve both internal and external relationships.

**Hours/Salary/Benefits**

The After Sales Administrator will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Office based in Biggleswade. Competitive salary, Bupa cash plan, attractive pension scheme, life insurance, loyalty bonus, and 20 days annual leave plus Christmas shutdown (3 days) plus bank holidays. Free on-site parking.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
