Operations Administrator

Our client based in Braunstone are currently looking to recruit an Operations and Transport Administrator to join their team in an ongoing position with a view to becoming permanent following a successful trial period.
**Duties will include**
- Producing and processing all paperwork relating to the warehouse pick and pack processes.
- To use the MGUK transport planning systems to route plan arrange and prepare.
- To monitor order acknowledgements and allocate appropriate delivery modes.
- Update courier portals with ongoing delivery information
- To investigate customer complaints relating to the Operations department
- To assist in the collating and management of reporting and inspection paperwork
- To assist with the daily weekly and monthly compliance reports
**Hours of work**
Monday - Friday 10.00-18.00 (1 hour lunch break) 35 hours per week
**Pay**
£13.84 per hour
