**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative

**Reports to**: Customer Support Manager

**SUMMARY**

To filter all incoming communication efficiently and accurately providing the best customer service to both internal and external customers for Commercial and Retail partners and end users alike. Using the company’s CRM database, precisely log and process records relating to all incoming repair requests by assessing faults and allocating to the appropriate Service Centre’s to schedule an engineer or processing parts orders for the customers.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Description of Key duty/responsibility**

Various tasks may be required to be addressed in the processing of repair and parts requests these include:
Review Further action requests received from Regional Service Centers and process them through

Quote customers for chargeable repairs, services, and parts then raise invoices where inspection, work or parts order have been completed.

Follow up customer repairs and queries with the regional service centers to ensure the customer has a fast and satisfactory outcome.

Updated ETA’s on the system for customers to review on the web portal, checking to improve customer dates for parts and services

Weekly Zone meetings to review open cases on the system

General Housekeeping

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**

This is a very busy role with many varied tasks which demand precise and accurate processing in a timely fashion. Experience of dealing with customers in a pressurized environment is essential along with good communication skills and excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of JHT products is beneficial along with experience in the use of MS Office.

- SAP and Microsoft CRM experience preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,500.00 per year
