**Customer Service Representative (CSR)**

We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join our established team in Trentham, Stoke on Trent.

Turner ECS UK Ltd, along with other TECS companies in the Netherlands, Germany, and Italy, are part of The Turner Group headquartered in Glasgow, UK. We are one of Woodward Governors’ largest distributors and Authorised Independent Service Facility (AISF) worldwide.

Our services cover a wide range from overhaul and repair of, mechanical, electrical, and electronic controls, to the design, installation and commissioning of propulsion and power management systems.

The CSR role is to handle customers enquiries and interpret requirements to produce quotations and process orders in an efficient manner within acceptable timescales.

**Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Dealing with internal and external telephone queries and liaising with other Departments and Group Companies as required.
- Accept enquiries from various sources and evaluate Customer requirements.
- Liaise with customer and finance to set up customer accounts where needed.
- Prepare and produce Estimates with Terms and Conditions and issue to Customers.
- Maintain open orders and quotations to keep orderbook and forecast up to date.
- Review orders received against Purchase Orders and quotes issued, issue Order Acknowledgements and process completing all necessary documentation.
- Preparation of documentation for shipments as required.
- Prepare goods for shipment and liaise with the freight forwarder for pickup of the goods.
- Prepare and submit invoices to customers.
- Ensure Customer complaints are dealt with immediately with a satisfactory conclusion. Register customer complaints as per the company procedure.
- Follow company QHSE rules and regulations and register feedback (Nonconformities, customer satisfaction, defects, near misses etc ).
- Ensuring filing is up to date and contains all correct documentation.
- Attend departmental meetings and training courses as and when required to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
- Any other reasonable requests from Management

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
