**Job description**

Our client is currently recruiting an experienced admin person to join their busy operation.

Working Monday to Friday 09.00 am to 17.00 pm, you will be supporting both the warehouse and logistics department along with the management operation.

You must have a key eye for detail, have good computer skills and be hard working.

Temp to perm ( 12 weeks ) for the right person

You must be reliable and hard working.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- File and maintain records and other administrative documents
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- Handle billing and insurance claims using Quick Books or other software
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in using Quick Books or similar accounting software
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
