**The Role**

**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment
- Support the programme recruitment activities, including event organisation.
- Plan and support recruitment event activity, including contacting guest speakers.

Core/Cofo+ Programme
- Attend and support the delivery of the Hot House, Core Workshops, Pitch Evening and Co-Founders+.
- Creation of weekly update graphics for slack.
- Reviewing slide decs/documents to align with brand guidelines.
- Design of programme schedule/handbook PDFs to meet brand guidelines + keeping these updated.
- Creating team summary docs to share externally with judges/mentors.
- Maintaining filing system where issue is resolved and flag/categorise where relevant to a particular person.
- Providing document support where needed e.g. for excel.
- Co-ordinate the logistics for the programme including booking rooms, catering, and online meeting organisation.
- Zoom meeting set-ups and break-out room management, recording attendance.
- Set up of MS Bookings for team sessions (i.e. progress reviews, INI clinics, coaching)
- Organisation of catering and set-up for in-person hosted activities.
- Collating RSVPs/dietary requirements.
- Any other reasonable duties within the remit of the role.

Events
- Plan and support a range of events throughout the programme year, including alumni event activity.
- Recording projected costs, budget tracking for event + submitting procurement/POs to finance.
- Liaising with venue/catering for event planning, stage lighting/music set-up and marketing/suppliers for merch.
- Liaising with staff volunteers to assign tasks, creation of staff role briefs and run of show outline for venue.
- Liaising with teams/speakers to cover run of show, timings and to collect needed assets.
- Collating RSVPs/dietary requirements for venue.

**Essential Criteria**
- Experience of working in a fast-paced business environment in an administrative support role
- Events management experience
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven team player
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple demands and meet strict deadlines
- Strong aptitude in Adobe/creative suite programmes, Canva, or other document design software, _with evidence or examples_
- Proficient in all MS Office packages, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Passionate about building community and supporting budding entrepreneurs

**Desirable Criteria**
- Previous experience working with building communities

**Special Requirements**
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- One evening per week and occasional working outside of normal office hours for programme delivery including circa two weekends of the year
