We are looking for an experienced MSP administrator to join our growing team covering the EMEA region You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of managing the MSP programme including being the internal and external point of contact for all contingent workers within the programme.

**Objectives & Responsibilities**
- You will report to the Operations Manager and be primarily responsible for the account management of the account with support from a colleague.
- You will process all new resource requests into the vendor management system cross-referencing the data in the CRM and then seek approvals from our client and suppliers, this will include following up with the stakeholders to ensure all parties take action to ensure the worker is compliant and ready to start their assignment prior to their start date.
- You will update the tracker to provide visibility for all external stakeholders on the status of all their resource requests.
- Identify and flag any operational issues to the wider team.
- Assisting with various compliance responsibilities as needed.
- Supporting other administrative tasks across the business as required.
- Identify and promote continual process improvements for the programme.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- A-level or equivalent job experience.
- A European language would be useful but not essential.
- Administration experience in a fast-paced, professional setting.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent diligence.
- Effective communication skills.
- You will be able to use your own initiate; own the outcome and be service focused.
- Proficiency in using a VMS, CRM and HRIS system (training provided).
- An initiative-taking and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of compliance and quality**.**

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Previous experience of working within an MSP environment using a VMS.
- Fieldglass VMS - Essential
- Use of a CRM and a HRIS system - Useful
- MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
