Lead Creative Programme Coordinator

Fighting Words NI, a creative writing network, seeks an experienced Creative Programme Coordinator to lead the delivery of impactful programmes for children and young people across Northern Ireland.

This is a critical role in enabling our team to deliver creative education programmes. The successful candidate will have a relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience in project management, with high IT literacy and demonstrable experience in project administration.

The position involves managing staff, freelance facilitators, community/youth leaders, volunteers, and beneficiaries while ensuring equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of the role.

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on full-time or part-time hours)
