Office Administrator

Contract Scotland has an opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our client based in East Kilbride. This is a 6 month temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Main duties include:
- Act as first point of contact, greeting visitors, answering, and directing calls when required
- Collating timesheets and ensuring they are ready for review.
- Update and maintain PPE register.
- Scan and file documentation accurately.
- Scan, file and distribute documents and mail.
- Any other duties required.
You must be a confident communicator, self-motivated and be able to work independently.
Legal Information:
Contract Scotland acts as an employment agency for permanent work and acts as an employment business for temporary work. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
