The UK headquarters of an international group that provides company formation services (with offices in London, the Seychelles, Latvia) seeks an Administrator to join its team in London.

The role will require swift familiarisation with internal systems and procedures while also assisting in a variety of office and administrative duties. Training will be given also in various matters related to UK company formation processes.

**Working as part of a small team, amongst the responsibilities will be**:

- Answering calls, taking messages, dealing with clients and their enquiries.
- Arranging for certification of documents and apostilles.
- Creating and downloading invoices and uploading them to Xero.
- Assisting with company secretarial services.
- Monitoring and ordering supplies for the office and kitchen.
- Troubleshooting basic IT issues.
- Supporting and working with other team members as and when required.
- Carrying out administrative work for our Company Formation Team, including managing client files.

**Requirements for this position**:

- At least 5 GCSEs at Grade C or higher and two A Levels at Grade C or higher, although some preference may be shown toward graduates.
- Excellent, well practised communication skills including a first class command of spoken and written English to well educated native standard.
- Great attention to detail.
- At least two years’ relevant experience.
- A good ability with IT packages, particularly Microsoft Office and the Internet.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and new duties.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Some ability and initiative in solving problems as they arise.

**Additional Information**:

- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
- 28 Annual Holidays (including bank holidays).
- Statutory Pension Scheme.
- You will work under the direction of the Office Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
