**CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR**

Full-Time - Permanent

**Hours**: Monday to Friday Office Hours (Early Finish on Fridays)

**Basic Salary**: £25,000.00 to £27,000.00 Per Annum PLUS QUARTERLY BONUS

Our well internationally established client who has more than 50 years’ experience and over 15,000 Installed equipment is a market leading company within their industry. Due to further growth plans for their UK Hinckley based office, they are now seekinga highly experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team and provide a competent level of Customer Service and Administration support on a Full Time Permanent basis. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be part of a modern office workingenvironment with excellent career prospects and ongoing training and support. You will need to have an upbeat and confident character, who can handle working under pressure and have excellent time management skills.

**Customer Services Administrator Role**:

- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
- Order processing and quote preparation
- Invoice Administration
- Updating and maintaining internal CRM Systems
- Complaint processing including full end to end to administration duties
- Under take other ad hoc duties and responsibilities for assigned by your manager

**Customer Services Administrator**:

- Previous Customer Service experience is essential gained via an office based environment
- High level of Microsoft Office skills
- An enthusiastic and confident personality
- Hardworking with a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
