Aqulaux is an independent family run business involved in the manufacture and supply of luxury shower enclosures and luxury bathroom products. Our customers range from large scale retailers to individual members of the public.

We are committed to providing exceptional, helpful and friendly Customer Service to each of our customers whether a large corporation or an individual customer.

You will not be measured on any sales performance targets, you will purely be measured on consistent outstanding Customer Service and meeting our customers needs.

Being the main point of contact for our Customers, you will be required to provide exceptional Customer Service at all times both verbal and written. By listening to our customers and understanding their needs, you will ensure enquiries are dealt with promptly as well as various SLA's being met to ensure we deliver the high level of service our customers are accustomed to. You will be required to assist with other administration roles where a high level of competence in the use of Excel and knowledge of Supply Chain administration would be advantageous.

**You will be required to**:
Give exceptional Customer Service by truly listening to our customers and understanding their needs

Clearly and accurately accept information, document that information and be able to relay to other team members

Work proficiently across computer systems

Effectively engage with both customers and work colleagues

Work to Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements

Enter orders manually where required

Ensure orders received electronically are uploaded promptly and accurately

Providing Customer updates, resolve issues and complaints

Liaisons with couriers and logistics ensuring on time deliveries and returns

Understanding and competence of products and pricing

Undertake additional ad-hoc duties in support of role

**About you**:
1 year minimum Customer Service experience

You will be an effective problem solver and think laterally

Confident decision maker

Communicate confidently and effectively in a clear friendly manner

Remain calm and positive under pressure

Good numeracy and literacy skills

High degree of competence in IT skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook

Strong organisational skills

You will be provided with both in house and external training for the role including detailed product training and IT.

Your hours of work will be 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday.
