**Job Position**:Office Administrator - Permanent Full-Time

**Your daily tasks will include**:

- Supporting the Managing Director.
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
- Acting as a liaison between the Managers, their teams and customers.
- Good communication skills are essential.
- Good IT skills to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint with an eye for detail are prerequisite.
- Experience in the construction sector would be an advantage.

**Job Details**:

- ** The starting salary for this position is £20,000 - £25,000.**:

- ** This is negotiable dependent on experience.**:

- Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00.
- ** Permanent full-time work available offering an immediate start.**
