We are looking for dynamic, ambitious Office Administrator wanting to take that next career step with a well-established and growing screen-printing business in Hinckley. This is a busy and varied position with the primary function of supporting the Merchandising team in delivering customer service excellence and supporting the administration and processing of customer orders from start to finish.

We are an entrepreneurial, fast paced, and dynamic company looking for like-minded people to join the team at a very exciting time for us. Assisting with day-to-day tasks to support the Merchandising team such raising and maintaining Sales Orders and Purchase Orders and reviewing supplier manuals. The main tasks include:

- Greeting visitors, making drinks as required.
- Taking and transferring calls as necessary, you will ensure messages are forwarded to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Creating Pro-forma invoices, tracking payments and keeping production team informed with regards to current order payment status.
- Managing customers feedback, complaints, processing customer returns.
- Logging samples for Pick and Pack storage, informing the relevant team what samples have arrived and where they are located.
- Creating factory paperwork packs
- Provide admin support to the merchandising team, using ERP/MRP systems.
- Ad hoc Office requirements.
- Excellent numerical and organisational skills are essential.
- Good team player who is conscientious, energetic, and enthusiastic.
- Effective communication skills required -both written and oral.
- A high degree of IT competence is essential including MS Excel skills to an intermediate level, familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Word.
- A flexible approach with a high level of resilience under pressure would be required.
- Strong people skills are necessary.
- Experience of working in a customer service environment.

You must have at least 12 months proven administration experience, preferably in a fast-moving manufacturing, logistics or warehouse environment. You will be educated to GCSE level with a good standard of English and Maths (Grade C or above) or hold relevant operational experience.
