Medacta UK Ltd is the UK branch of an International Swiss Orthopaedic Organisation manufacturing and distributing orthopaedic implants to medical industries across the World.
A new permeant position has arisen within our small but busy team to employ an ambitious, hardworking individual to become the sole customer service contact for the company. The Customer Services Representative should have first class communication and organisational skills, excellent IT skills, the ability to work to deadlines under pressure and impeccable attention to detail.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be required to carry out general administrative duties. Some of these tasks include:
- Processing customer loan kit bookings
- Booking urgent same day deliveries
- Liaison with couriers
- Processing customer sales invoices
- Assist with sales and logistic reporting
This is a varied and interesting role with an opportunity to work with the management team. If you are punctual and well-presented then we would like to hear from you.
On-site free parking is available.
