We are currently working with a big player in the used car market who are on the lookout for a new team of superstar Customer Service Advisor in their After Sales team.
This is a busy role where you will speak with existing customers, responding to their enquires and handling any concerns.
You will also liaise with other companies such as warranty and repair companies efficiently.
This is a very busy and demanding role and product knowledge is paramount.
So what do i need to be considered?
A minimum of 12 months experience in either of the following categories: complaints, call centre, after sales or automotive.
Customer focused individual with the ability to establish long term customer relationships
A real problem solver, ability to tackle complex issues
Confident in handling objections/complaints and turning this around
Good administration skills, confident using different systems and Excel dailyWhat will I receive in return?
A permanent role from day one.
Dream day shift, Mon-Fri (no weekends)
