Hyde is looking to recruit an ASB Officer.

As an ASB Officer, you will be working within the Safer Homes and Neighbourhoods division to provide a front-line service for any residents calling in to report incidents of anti-social behaviour.

**Responsibilities**
- Logging reports of anti-social behaviour on the CRM system,providing advice, guidance and signposting where necessary and preparing case management plans with consideration of any potential support needs and vulnerabilities of the customer.
- Assigning cases to the local ASB hub when a case requires investigation.
- Resolving queries, providing advice and guidance, and escalating reported cases of anti-social behaviour to local enforcement officers where full investigation is necessary.
- Prepare case records to assist with case management queries or service complaints.Maintain close working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and retain a central records such as stakeholder information / central ASB equipment and keep this operational.

**Skills and Experience Required**

**Essential**:

- Excellent communication and listening skills (tolerance and empathy, attentiveness, use of positive language and ability to build relationships).
- The ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure with challenging customers and situations.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to record information accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills.

**Desireable**:

- Previous experience of using NED.
- Previous experience of either Liberty, POPS or Northgate.
- Previous experience of working in housing or resident services.
