Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

Our client is seeking a skilled Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to effectively manage their estates and reduce ASB cases. The Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all actions taken. The client understands the pressures of the position and is committed to supporting team members in a comfortable working environment.
The team is looking for an experienced candidate who can hit the ground running and bring success amongst knowledgeable peers. The client is seeking an Officer who can take cases from investigation through to document preparation for court. A comfortable work environment makes this project exciting.
Duties Include:
- Conducting thorough investigations of all referred ASB cases.
- Working knowledge and experience of Estate-based ASB and 3-stage ASB warning system.
- Using prevention and enforcement experience to write up cases and pass them on to investigators.
- Collaborating with Neighbourhood Officers and Caretakers in ASB areas to detect ASB and suspicious behaviour.
- Preparing court documents, drafting court orders, and confidently instructing and liaising with legal advisors.
If you have previous experience in these areas and are keen to develop your knowledge further, this is a perfect team for you. Management is willing to help all case managers be the best they can be, along with a strong hourly rate.
