Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ASB Management Specialist to join our team at G2 Recruitment Group Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong, effective, and positive management to ASB Officers, establishing a culture that drives positive performance and delivers high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to ASB Officers to build a high level of individual and team knowledge and expertise in areas of ASB and tenancy fraud.
  • Work with Neighbourhood teams to map ASB hotspots and identify positive medium-term and longer-term solutions to ASB, inform local Neighbourhood Plans and local offers.
  • Collaborate with local partner agencies to ensure an effective multi-agency response to serious or persistent problems of ASB and tenancy fraud.
  • Develop and support effective working practices and cross-team collaboration, particularly in respect to the local delivery of ASB services and tenancy enforcement action.
  • Provide guidance and support to ASB Officers on more complex cases, using experience in ASB to make key decisions on initial actions, particularly high-risk cases.
  • Build a high level of individual and team knowledge and expertise in areas of ASB to ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery and instil a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in ASB management and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of ASB legislation and policies.
