**Role Overview and Responsibilities for an Administrator**
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors
- Assist in managing client accounts, including data entry, documentation, and account maintenance
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Aid in preparing reports, presentations, and financial documents

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Experience of working within an administration role is essential
- Experience of working within a highly detailed role
- Proven track record of working accurately within defined processes
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- The ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks with a structured approach
- Highly motivated and willing to embrace change
- Good attention to detail
- Strong IT skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
