Full and part time positions available
Our client based in Rawtenstall are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team. Working within the insurance industry, as an administrator you will be responsible for;
- Sending out letters, quotes, renewal and other documents
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Maintain accurate records and a well-organised system
- Implement relevant information into the database
- Data entry
**Essential skills & experience**:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to process work quickly and efficiently
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Experience working within insurance, banking or IFA is desirable
