**_Role _**

As a HR Project Assistant you will:

- Provide administrative support to the HR leadership team
- Manage the day to day finances and
- Monitor the budget on behalf of HR
- Arrange meetings
- Take minutes
- Work as part of a team to deliver on HR processes and projects.

This is a part-time post (18.5 hours per week) with the opportunity for a flexible working pattern to be agreed. As a hybrid working role there will be a mixture of home-based working and some requirement for attendance on-campus for in person meetings.The role is on a permanent basis. Due to being part time the salary shown will need to be pro-rated down to reflect this.
- Have good written, numeracy and IT skills
- Have experience of working in a busy office environment
- Adhere to administrative deadlines
- Thrive as part of a team.
- Ideally have experience of maintaining and monitoring a budget, and undertaking finance administration.
