Sytner Properties have a vacancy within their small and friendly team for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist the Project Finance Manager with the procurement of new and refurbished dealership facilities.

Responsibilities would include (but aren’t limited to)
- Updating and maintaining project information records
- Understanding and assisting in the preparation of Capital Expenditure authorisation documents
- Financial duties would include: reconciling invoices, updating suspense accounts and liaising with external suppliers and other stakeholders to obtain both quality of service and value for money

A construction background along with an understanding of basic accounting principles, whilst beneficial are not essential, however a broad understanding of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) is crucial.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are vital to allow you to communicate effectively with both internal colleagues along with external suppliers at various organisational levels.

You will have the ability to handle conflicting demands whilst able to identify priorities in a highly demanding and fast paced office environment.

This is an office based full-time position located at our fantastic Head Offices in Grove Park, Leicester although from time to time the role may include travel across the Group, we have 150 dealerships located across the UK so the ability to get onsite is needed for this position.
