**Administration**
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration to aid the operations of our national properties. This will include aspects of bookings, viewings and processing maintenance requests. If you have a passion to learn new skills and grow within the property industry, this is the role for you

**Customer Services**
You will be liaising with our residents every step of the student journey, from enquiries, viewings, sales, move in, inspections, check outs & rebooking, etc. Our students are incredibly important to us, and we believe in honesty, efficiency, and the ability to prioritise workload.

You will be monitoring inboxes and answering the phones, you will be the first point of call for enquiries and any issues that our students may have. The student accommodation industry is never the same. Everyday you will encounter a new challenge - keeping a level head, diplomacy, conviction and honesty in your approach to customer service is essential.

**SKILLS**
IT/Administration

The role will be IT based, training on new software, spreadsheets, contracts etc will be provided. Competence, proficiency, and the ability to make changed to improve efficiency are desired. We know how important admin is, and we want you to make this role your own

Communication

Being a strong communicator with the ability to build rapport, think on your feet, and be honest with tenants, contractors, and the team is a necessity. Honesty and Setting Client, Customer and Colleague expectations is at the forefront of our business.

Must be confident in:

- Dealing with customer complaints.
- Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable but not essential.
- Using your initiative and taking ownership of your role.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
