our client, based in Central Leicester are currently looking for sales assistants to start immediately in their growing sales team due to their clients high demand for new customers.
Sales assistants will be given initial client training so you fully understand who you are representing as well as the structure of the business and how you can make the most out of the role on offer.
Benefits of becoming a Sales Assistant: Immediate start offered for those who are looking to start in the next 7 days Initial training offered to all who start Ongoing support and additional help offered for those who are looking to progress Skill sharing and one on one coaching will be offered so you can upskill in development areas such as customer service, sales, negotiation, confidence, motivation, leadership, recruitment, finance and much more Business development programme for those who want to take on leadership roles and additional responsibilities Learn tried and tested techniques for higher rates of customer acquisition, customer engagement, customer service and sales retention As part of the initial onboarding process you will be able to shadow an experienced sales team leader, who will show you the ropes and help you get started OTE of up to £30k within first year, paid on a weekly basis from commission only earnings plus incentives for hitting daily/weekly targets for this self employed role Our client encourages all of the sales team to share ideas and gives recognition to those who are bringing new ideas, techniques, suggestions and feedback Sales Assistant Responsibilities: To attend initial training in the office and our client recommends you also attend ongoing skill development sessions to enhance your ability to make sales and a good customer experience To learn about the client, their products and services, important statistics and information which can help you speak with customers and keep them informed To speak with members of the public within residential campaigns face to face with the main purposes to provide a face for the brand, create brand awareness and produce sales on behalf of you client For those looking to progress, you may also want to attend leadership skill development sessions and their business development programme, to understand what it takes to progress within the business To provide feedback on locations, sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them.
Sales Assistant Requirements: Customer facing experience ideal, but not needed to be successful, no experience required Willingness to undergo training and attend skill development session to improve sales ability No qualifications needed Must be willing and able to commute daily to the office based in Leicester Must have great English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with members of the public If you are interested or would like to hear more about this immediate start role, please apply to this advert and follow the online application process.
