Sales Administrator
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our client based in Birmingham to cover maternity leave.
The successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
- Preparing quotations; follow up quotes; completing PQQs and tenders; close orders
- Maintaining and developing relationships internally and with client base
- Diary Management; updating client base with product and pricing updates
- Arranging client appointments on behalf of Regional Managers; managing correspondence
- Updating customer records on CRM database
- Order processing including delivery scheduling (incoming and outgoing); supporting project installation; provision of loan/demo equipment
- Production of sales forecasts and tracking
The Sales Administrator will have:
- Administration support experience
- Ability to manage own workload with mínimal supervision
- High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time, independently with mínimal supervision
- Good attention to detail
- Good telephone manner and clear communication skills (oral and written)
- Proactive and good at managing own time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Publisher
