Sales Coordinator
Monday to Friday (and alternate Saturdays
- day off in lieu)
9am-5pm (alternate Saturdays 10am-4pm)
£22,000-28,000 DOE
Main duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Assist the Showroom & Office Manager in delivering budgeted sales and KPI targets.
- Work in partnership with Showroom & Office Manager on KPI analysis to inform decisions and drive sales.
- Actively develop sales opportunities through all channels, from consumer, engineers, builders, architects and other related channels.
- Ensure the Showroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all times and that stock is maintained daily.
- Assist the Showroom & Office Manager to organise and monitor showroom maintenance and refits as required
- Maintain the Company and brand image to the highest standards.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, ensuring that customer orders are met as soon and as efficiently as possible
- Developing relationships with customers and gaining understanding of their requirements.
- Generating aftercare sales through existing customer database, working alongside servicing engineer co-ordinating appointments.
- Able to work independently and part of a team.
- Provide a comprehensive administrative role reporting and closely assisting the Office Manager
- Managing database and providing support to the team where necessary.
Key Skills
- High end customer service and retail experience
- Ability to work in a high paced environment and to multitask
- Use of database and MS Word/Excel and the ability to use internal operating systems.
- Exceptional communicator both written and verbal
- Proven sales and customer satisfaction record
- Familiarity with local market desirable
- Able to drive and access to own vehicle desirable
