In-Person Office Role
*PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL MUST BE COMPETENT ON A COMPUTER AND WITH TECHNOLOGY*
- Respond to messages on the company social media pages
- Communicate with shipping carriers to solve issues with parcels
- Check shipping addresses across systems
- Create new shipments for lost or damaged parcels
- Process and log all returns and exchanges
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30am -3:30pm/4pm
**Salary**: From £10.90 per hour
