A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Scheduler/Administrator that is looking to join a brilliant company that recruit and train beauticians and therapists to work with in the tourism industry.at supply fantastic beauticians on cruises around the world.

As a Fleet Scheduler/Administrator you will be working as part of a scheduling team, to plan and schedule staff to join cruise ships.

As a Fleet Scheduler/Administrator you will need to:

- To produce weekly report for staff rotations, to be completed with Director of Shipboard Personnel
- Update BOS with all new hire staff movements
- Request outbound flights with Agent (new hires only)
- Request inbound flights with Agent (All staff)
- Coordinate any additional CL requirements, medicals, vaccinations with Personnel Administrator
