**Data Strategy / Partnership Lead - Homebased**
**Salary**:£50,466 - £60,330 (National Framework) or £55,635 - £65,499 (London Framework - if you are London or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) plus a homeworking allowance of £529 per annum for those working from home.

We are now looking for a Data Strategy / Partnership Leadto join us on a permanent, full-time basis. Internally, this role will be known as the Data Sharing Manager.

**What you will bring**
To be considered as the Data Strategy / Partnership Lead, you will need:

- Experience of working with partner organisations to share data
- A passion for looking ahead to the future data needs of the organisation
- Experience of identifying, assessing and managing complex risks and issues related to data sharing and data protection
- Experience of managing conflict and articulating coherent rationales for action
- Expert knowledge of legal and data protection implications associated with data sharing
- Detailed knowledge of legislation relating to the use of information
- An understanding of the principles of data protection
Experience drafting, reviewing and finalising Data Sharing Agreements and/or Memoranda of Understandings would be beneficial.
**What you’ll be doing**
As the Data Strategy / Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with key data partners across the health and social care sector and leading our data sharing approach. You will also identify risk to support a more robust process.
Managing the acquisition, distribution and sharing of data, you will oversee contractual data sharing agreements and ensure legal, secure and ethical data practices that serve the public.
You will identify opportunities for data sharing and horizon scanning for future data needs to provide better insight in the future and inform the data management and protection process.

- Lead on development and delivery of complex agreements
- Line manage teams
