**Position Overview**:
As a Customer Service Representative at Cards2Cash, you will play a vital role in our commitment to outstanding customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience on our platform. You will also be self-employed, meaning some days will be busier than others.

**Working from Home**:
At Cards2Cash, we understand the importance of work-life balance and the convenience of remote work. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working from home, allowing you to manage your responsibilities while maintaining a comfortable and flexible work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with account-related issues, gift card transactions, and platform navigation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiency.
- Educate customers on our services, policies, and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A fast WIFI speed to work from home.
- Previous customer service experience is not required but would be an advantage.
