Hybrid Work Model
**Job Description**:
As our CHEP automotive brand builds, we’re looking to set up our local customer management team and we have a great opportunity for a Customer Service specialist to be based at our plants in West Bromwich.
We operate offer a pooling solution for our customers and our product is storage containers. We’ll recover these after their use in the supply chain for repair at our plant in West Brom for re-use. Your role will be working with our customers, dealing with inbound queries and real-time updates, invoices and stock audits.
Although we offer hybrid working, we’re looking for you to be a partner to the operation and we’d be expecting you to on site in West Brom 80% of the time.
Key responsibilities
- Identify root causes and find containment actions from analysis
- Manage customer audits and reconciliations
- Ensure invoice corrections in ERP system and notify correction results to customers
- Develop suggestions of pro-active training needs of existing customer base
- Monitor monthly KPI ́s and reduce Risk priority numbers through direct or indirect actions
- Coordination of operational logistics activities at Key Account side
What you’ll need;
- Prior experience within logistic or customer service environment
- Ideally you’ll have CRM and ERP systems experience
- Experience of having to think on your feet for fast customer solutions
- Experience in customer negotiations and delivery
