Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in organizing meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry
- Strong clerical skills including typing and knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office management tasks
