Office Angels are currently recruiting for x2 Customer Service Coordinator's to work for a leading Property Development company located in Wolverhampton. As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the business providing efficientsupport to their customers.

You will be comfortable and excel in the below responsibilities:

- Conducting outbound call activity (where required)
- Reviewing, investigating and effective resolution of customer complaints
- Accurately updating customer data onto an internal database system
- Effective liaison with colleagues and sub-contractors

Experience / Skills required for this role:

- Proven track record in delivering a proactive customer experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills to engage with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
- Ability to work efficient independently and as apart of a team
- Ability to provide a solution focused approach
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
