Head of Strategy Workforce Planning and Intelligence

We are currently recruiting into a senior role in our people team on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role that will lead the collaborative approach to develop robust workforce planning across the organisation and ensure that workforce data provides the organisation with intelligence to inform this planning.

You will be supporting the delivery of the implementation of the People and Education Strategies, with a particular focus on workforce planning, development of new roles and redesign of the workforce to enable us to deliver exceptional care to our patients. You will lead the development of HR information systems and digital solutions to support the Trust’s strategic direction, and ensure long term recruitment and retention of staff.
