**Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid working in the Medical Industry**

**Outline**:

**The Role**:

- As a Marketing Coordinator you will be delivering successful marketing activities to generate leads for business in the UK and Ireland.
- Hybrid working, based form home 3 days a week and the Head Office near Swanley for 2 days (these are not set days, as business needs / personal life flexibility)
- You will work with the Marketing Manager to develop a Tactical Marketing plans taken from action points defined in the country business plans.
- You will be confident in localising global campaigns as well as creation of local communications.
- It will be important for you to integrate and communicate with the wider UK team to ensure that all marketing activity is understood and correctly executed.
- Full initial company and system training will be provided, with ongoing career development and progression.

**The Ideal Person**:

- Strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking skills are all essential for this role.
- You need to be self-motivated with excellent time management and planning skills.
- The company are looking for an individual who has a passion to make a difference
- You ned a can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal skills, together with high level written, verbal presentation and telephone skills.
- It is important that you can travel away from home as required. (exhibitions, conferences, customers sites, training)
- Although this is a hybrid role, you need to live in a commutable distance of the Bromley / Swanley area.
- Right to work in the UK is required - no sponsorship available (sorry)

**Package info**:

- Basic up to £35k
