You provide input to reporting and governance for key performance indicators and contribute to measurements of performance data, analytics, scorecards and tracking, providing insights for benchmarking and continuous improvement.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Help create business metrics including KPIs
- Provide in-depth analysis and regular and ad hoc reporting
- Provide input for presentations to senior management to aid decision making and continuous improvement
- Develop and improve analytical tools and visual aids

- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of tools used in analysis
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good business acumen to understand linkages
- The role will be the SME for CACI, running "what if" scenarios, enhancing the Field utilisation & enabling us to make better decisions for the future.
- Actively seek out better technological solutions to aid Field Sales and Sales Operations.
- Take ownership of CRM enhancements as part of an ongoing continuous improvement focus.
- Completion of people process - objectives, Mid and Year End Reviews, PDLP’s and performance improvement plans.
- There will be 1 direct report for this role.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
