**The Role**
Working closely with blue chip FMCG customers across the globe, you will be a strategic and supportive partner responsible for a positive customer experience, providing insight for production and OEE improvement ensuring customers get a tangible ROI.
Key responsibilities include:

- Design and deliver operational improvement change programmes including deep data analysis of customers reporting systems and training on production software to increase manufacturing efficiency
- Become a "trusted partner" and manage the transformational improvement journey maintaining strong, clear communications across multiple stakeholders
- Lead "discovery phase" for system trials and be able to demonstrate tangible benefits of the system to meet operational improvement needs

**The Person**
- With real production management experience and continuous improvement knowledge you will ideally have:

- Leadership experience in FMCG manufacturing
- Knowledge of production improvement meetings (daily production meetings, shift handovers etc)
- Automated production lines experience
- Data analysis skills

You will understand the importance of people engagement and be able to win the hearts and minds and inspire people to sustain change in their workplace. You could be based anywhere in the US and can work from home but will be required to travel to clientsites for completion of projects.
