**Job Title: Administrator**

**Pay £12.45ph**

**Location: Staines TW18 1XD**

**Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm**

**Trust Location: Central Surrey Health Ltd**

**What you’ll be responsible for**:
**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Uploading information to electronic health records
- Maintaining databases
- Working with other agencies both within and outside of Surrey
- Contributing to the review and evaluation of administrative systems in order that improvements and developments can be made.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Good Customer service,
- Effective communication.
- Excellent telephone manner,
- Strong IT skills.
- Ability to multitask and keep calm in a busy team.
- Administration Experience essential
