**Description**

**Benefits Coordinator, EMEA**

Working as part of the EMEA Benefits team, the Benefits Coordinator has responsibility for administering A&M benefit programs in Europe, the Middle East and Cayman Islands. This is an exciting role within a fast-growing organisation and one that will provide the opportunity for growth and development. A&M provides employer sponsored health, insurance, wellness and pension programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Instruct Payroll each month of any pension and benefit-related changes.
- Work with Payroll and HRIS colleagues to resolve queries.
- Act as employees' first point of contact for benefits-related queries.
- Maintain benefits platforms and resolve queries with external vendors.
- Process invoices from third-party vendors.
- Regular travel required to London.

Knowledge Expertise:

- Payroll experience (either in a Payroll function or experience of liaising with Payroll colleagues).
- Experience of using HRIS systems, ideally Workday.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular good to advanced Excel skills.
- Comfortable working remotely over Teams.
- Knowledge of benefits is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail, methodical, organised.
- Ability to work well to tight deadlines and at a fast pace.
- Good interpersonal skills and discretion due to working with confidential data.
- Be able to work within a team structure as well as independently.
- Fluency in at least one other language, ideally German, Portuguese or Arabic.

A&M offers hybrid working with three days per week in the office, plus regular travel to London where the wider HR and EMEA Benefits team are based.
