**Procurement Administrator - Warrington (office based 5-min walk to town centre)**

**About us**

Anti-Ligature Shop Limited is a small but increasingly growing business. We are creative, engaging, innovative and our goal at the very beginning in 2012 was to establish being the only supplier to be a single point of call for all reduced ligature products available and sourced as a 1 point of procurement. Anti-ligature shop harnesses extensive technical and clinical expertise, developing, manufacturing, and providing services and products to the NHS, private providers, and prison services to reduce the risk of harm for vulnerable individuals within the build environment.

**This position is a permanent opportunity.**

**As a Procurement Administrator, you will be expected to**:

- Placing purchase orders to get the Best Value For Money (BVFM)
- The Procurement Administrator will manage e-procurement supplier portals and registers to ensure that all information is accurate.
- The Procurement Administrator will be expected to “project register” ahead of certain purchase orders with suppliers to gain best prices against a project.
- As the Procurement Administrator, your key responsibilities will be to support our valued relationships with our suppliers, partners, manufacturers, and customers as and when required.

- Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.

**To be successful in a Procurement Administrator role, the skills you will need**:

- Experience of working with ERP systems and Microsoft packages especially Excel and Word.
- Experience of working within a team environment and establishing relationships with both internal and external sales team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on high quality Business to Business service.
- Ambition and a genuine desire to learn and develop within the role.
- The ability to work to deadlines and to deal with inconsistent volumes of work and queries.
- Flexible “can do “attitude and a willingness to gain experience within the procurement field.
- Ability to build strong relationships, particularly with suppliers and key customers.
- Ability work independently and on own initiative, requiring minimum supervision.
- Be trustworthy and able to manage their own time and tasks accordingly.
- Ability to deal with work of a confidential nature.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to concentrate on detail and quality of work, prioritizing and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- To undertake other tasks as and when required.

**Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous**:

- 5 or more GCSE’s or equivalent, must include English and Mathematics.
- Proven experience of working within a procurement environment or similar. 3-5 years.
- Ability to demonstrate competence in varied administration roles.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary - £19,000 - £22,000 (experience dependant)
- 40 Hours - (Monday-Friday).
- 28 days holiday increasing with service. (Inclusive of Bank & Public Holidays)
