Warrington, United Kingdom Complete Roofing Systems Ltd Full time

We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Co-ordinator to join our team at our Complete Roofing & Services Ltd Head Office in Warrington (WA3).

Line managed by one of the Directors, the person works with Contracts Manager, the Procurement team, Site Operatives and Apprentices, in addition to clients.

The role does not have direct reports, though it does include supervisory oversight of the reactive maintenance site team in terms of location and project allocation.

**Duties to include**:

- To manage the helpdesk and reactive maintenance works process
- To ensure that administration is completed, and clients/client portals are updated in a timely manner
- Communicate with the maintenance site team regarding allocation of work
- Use appropriate software (e.g. Construction Manager) to ensure that orders are logged in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain an organised system of digital and paper records to include liaison with the accounts department, when required
- Verbal and written liaison with clients and operatives in order to resolve all jobs raised
- Responsible for administering all contract documents and ensuring that all contracts are appropriately executed and correctly filed
- Administering the CRM to include adding enquiries and exporting relevant data for sales meetings
- Ensuring the maintenance order book is up-to-date and correctly maintained
- Administer the 'Jobs Board' to ensure it reflects the current position at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
