We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join the team in Sheffield on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of assigned programmes, ensuring adherence to timelines and project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and seamless programme delivery.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Programme Delivery team, including document preparation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date programme data, utilising relevant tools and systems.
- Generate regular reports on progress and cost.
- Previous experience in a similar program support or administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
