Macildowie are excited to be working alongside a successful Safety Equipment Specialist company in Northampton who are looking for a New Business Development Executive to join the team on a permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to bring in new leads to the sales team through a mix of marketing tactics. If you're an enthusiastic individual, who is comfortable speaking on the phone and you are keen to develop in your next role then this is the perfectopportunity for you
You will have a proven track record of bringing in new business and exceeding targets.
Job responsibilities include:
- Conduct persuasive outbound sales calls to find and generate new leads to be passed through to the sales team
- Schedule appointments with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct market research.
- Plan in and deliver E-Shots using Hubspot.
- Update Website Content and news releases
- Update LinkedIn
- Manage Google AdWords spend
- Accurately update the CRM database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
- Deliver Catalogue refresh project and produce marketing leaflets/material by working closely with our external design provider.
- Manage, update and maintain website content.
- Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focused high energy
- Be creative and forward thinking, in order to drive business forward.
- Have excellent communication skills with both with internal and external parties
- Be organised and able to plan their own workload
- Have a great attitude and a team player mentality.
- Have had experience in a similar role
- Exposure to Hubspot or similar software would be advantageous
