The Role ✍️

We’re searching for a versatile and data-driven talent partner who will be deployed into a full-time embedded project with our client, a high-growth biotech startup.

You’ll join a small, yet highly experienced and supportive in-house talent team where you’ll have the opportunity to support hiring across a variety of tech and non-tech roles whilst partnering with senior business leaders and forming and executing strategic, creative and data-driven talent identification and attraction strategies.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working in a talent acquisition capacity as part of an in-house team or an embedded talent partner setting
- Creative, novel, and unique search techniques
- Comfortable moving and executing at pace
- You’re an advisor, not an order-taker
- Proven ability to adapt, ramp up and calibrate quickly and efficiently on new and varied tech and non-tech searches
- Data-driven mindset, leading your searches and conversations with a data-driven and insights-first approach
- Comfortable engaging, partnering and executing with senior business leaders
- Motivated, independent self-starter with a structured and process-driven approach

**Nice-to-haves**
- Know your way around Greenhouse
- Supported hiring in the biotech or life sciences space
- Operating in an agile and nimble capacity in a VC startup scene
- Available to start at the end of April
