**What to expect**:
As Talent Partner you will join us on our journey and undertake a truly valuable role; responsible for partnering with leaders and manager, to support the delivery of the Talent Management Plan.
Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you will support the delivery of key activities, such as performance, talent reviews and succession planning. You will act as a trusted advisor providing advice on talent processes and programmes; to support the development of our talented colleagues.
This role offers you an exciting opportunity to collaborate across the people function, to ensure stakeholders understand and are fully engaged with talent management activities.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:
To be successful in this role, you have a background in talent development or learning & development, with proven experience across the talent lifecycle. In addition, you will:
- Demonstrate great organisational skills and ability to balance priorities across multiple talent projects.
- Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Showcase good business acumen and be commercially aware to articulate the value of the talent management team.
- Demonstrate strong presentation and delivery skills
- Be passionate about personal development and working in an environment of continuous improvement.
- Experience of working with SuccessFactors advantageous but not essential.
