Role Description
We are looking for a passionate recruiter who will partner with Fonoa leaders to optimise our talent sourcing and recruiting processes. You will be comfortable managing a range of different priorities, advising on candidate pipeline and hiring strategies, as well as building connections for Fonoa externally.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying and sourcing candidates to guiding them through our interview stages.
- Partner with leaders from the GTM and Commercial functions to hire world-class talent to their teams.
- Collaborate closely with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Engage with an international team to innovate and implement new approaches for attracting top talent, including the creation of nurturing campaigns.
- Cultivate positive candidate experiences through personalized interactions and support, ensuring a seamless and memorable interview journey.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within our recruitment processes, leveraging data and insights to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively address challenges and collaborate closely with colleagues within the People Team to overcome obstacles and achieve hiring objectives.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in sourcing or in-house recruitment, preferably within the tech industry.
- Demonstrated success in delivering results across diverse positions in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Skilled in sourcing techniques with the ability to tailor strategies to meet specific hiring needs, leveraging metrics and data-driven insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
