Fusion Resources are looking for a experience Compliance Coordinator, for one of our established clients in the Pickering area.

You will be involved in the oversight and implementation the adoption of compliant activity. You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive and inclusive environment with excellent training and development.

The pay is dependant on experience, up to £30,000 per annum. The role has other fantastic benefits, and the offer of hybrid working for the right individual.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, monitor and implement the company's compliance policies, procedures, ensuring they are following relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide support and advice on compliance risk and regulations
- Coordinator and develop training of employees on compliance regulations and the impact of non-compliance
- Develop company's communication on issues
- Risk reporting
- Working closely with the other departments ensuring they are following compliance laws and regulations
- Maintaining relations
- Monthly KPI reporting

**Who are we looking for?**
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience working in a compliance function
- Basic computer and literacy & numeracy skills
- Experience and ability in building and maintaining relations with internal and external stake holders
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
