We are looking for experienced charter brokers/key account brokers to join our busy and successful team. Coming off the back of a year when we organised flights for a number of Premiership football clubs, chartered for the Ryder Cup, handled emergency evacuations from global hotspots as well as flew famous pop and movie stars - we are looking to grow our team of experienced brokers. **Purpose of the Job**:
This role involves being responsible for working on charter enquiries and fixtures for both existing clients and new prospects as well as providing support at all levels for the broking team members when necessary. The role encompasses managing all aspects of charter flights from initial enquiry to contract to post-flight operational support as well as being responsible for the acquisition, growth and retention of key clients.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Acting as a lead broker on charter enquiries, sourcing solutions to find the best solution to meet customer needs and actively manage fixtures.
- Negotiating with suppliers and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Carry out business development and marketing to existing and new prospect customers including telephone, sales meetings and e-marketing to promote both ACC Charter and ACC Group and achieve business development objectives
- Delivering a first-class customer service to ensure that all flights exceed the clients’ expectations
- Ensure that the company bespoke Customer Relationship Management database is updated on a regular and consistent basis to maintain and grow company data and market intelligence. This will include contacting companies and updating contacts and accounts in the system to ensure our marketing reaches the right people.
- To be part of the duty rota system we operate, maintaining a 24hr a day service, 7 days a week, answering incoming calls, reacting and actively pursuing business opportunities and monitoring current operations

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- 2 to 4 years relevant charter broking experience
- Excellent understanding of current markets both in operators and clients
- A target driven individual, motivated to ‘Win’ business
- Superior time management skills to ensure rigorous deadlines are met
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a highly flexible, rapidly changing, ambiguous work environment
- Commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate and influence
- Customer and results orientated with first rate people skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and with the ability to learn and develop the functionality of a new system
- Able to prioritise work, while having a flexible approach within a team environment
- Precise and accurate data entry, with an attention to detail
- Additional languages advantageous
