We are seeking a skilled Key Account Development Manager to join our team and drive growth through strategic customer relationships with major UK retailers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-value retail accounts and shaping account strategies to deliver exceptional service and results.

About the Job:
  • Take charge of high-value retail accounts, with the freedom to shape account strategies and drive results.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand product lines and drive sales growth.
  • Work with Procurement, Marketing, and Category Insight teams to craft data-driven customer presentations and align on customer needs.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with contacts across multiple functions within client organizations.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in managing UK retail accounts, ideally within the food sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for delivering excellence.
